We want you to be happy with your order from Fire Type Displays. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Free from scratches, damage, or other signs of use
• Returned with any included parts, adapters, accessories, and original packaging

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items specifically marked Final Sale
• Products that have been used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Availability

Fire Type Displays currently ships only within the United States. We do not currently accept international orders.
